Kelly 6cd1f55119 fix(workers): Preserve fantasy names on pod restart ...

- Re-registration no longer overwrites pod_name with K8s name
- New workers get fantasy name (Aethelgard, Xylos, etc.) as pod_name
- Document worker naming convention in CLAUDE.md
