Kelly ad79605961 perf(dashboard): Fix slow activity endpoint with denormalized column + cache 
- Use dispensaries.product_count instead of correlated subquery
- Add 1 minute in-memory cache for /dashboard/activity
- Reduces query time from ~30s to <100ms
